Impeach Biden 4 Violating the U.S. Constitution

            Violating the Oath of Office is an Impeachable Offense!
           Article I Gives Congress Authority to Impeach the President

The phrase “high crimes and misdemeanors” appears in Article II section 4 of the U.S. Constitution: The President, Vice President and all Civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.
The U.S. Supreme Court has held that all executive orders from the President of the United States must be supported by the Constitution, whether from a clause granting specific power, or by Congress delegating such to the executive branch.

Biden Violated the Separation of Powers which is clearly stated in the U.S. Constitution by circumventing the Power of Congress by trying to Forgive Student Loans, Not Enforcing Immigration Laws, and also Naturalization Laws. He’s once again Violating the US Supreme Court’s ruling against Forgiving Student Loans and trying to go around Congress and a Supreme Court Ruling

The U.S. House of Representatives already have the for mentioned Violations which Stand on their Own to Impeach Biden and several of his Cabinet and Administrative Staff, however they’ve moved forward with a case which is time consuming and harder to tie together, however certain it’s getting the desired effect of Entertaining many Voters and Scoring Political Points.

If Congress would use these Violations of US Law wrapped in a Bow with all the Videos, Written Orders, Etc. the Impeachment Process of Biden would already be in the Senate for his Trial and the Democrats in the U.S. Senate would either move Forward or Not and the Public would see it if they Ruled against Impeachment or Not, and the Entire Nation would witness just how Corrupt all of them are in the Open, or maybe the GOP just wants to continue with their Political Theater as they’re actually Violating their Oath of Office to Support, Protect & DEFEND, the U.S. Constitution & US / Read the U.S. Constitution.
