If you are admitted by an emergency room doctor, it is treated as outpatient care where hospital costs are not covered, This is only the tip of the iceberg for Obama Care. Just wait to see what else went into effect in 2014.YOU ARE NOT GOING TO LIKE THIS… At age 76 when you most need it most, you are not eligible for cancer treatment * see page 272. WhatNancy Pelosi didn’t want us to know until after the healthcare bill was passed. Remember she said, “We have to pass the Bill so that we can see what’s in it.” Well, here it is.Obama Care Highlighted by Page Number THE CARE BILL HB 3200 JUDGE KITHIL IS THE 2ND OFFICIAL WHO HAS OUTLINED THESE PARTS OF THE CARE BILL. Highlighted the most egregious pages of HB3200. Please read this……. especially the reference to pages 58 & 59. Page 50/section 152: The bill will provide insurance to all non-U.S. residents, even if they are here illegally. Page 58 and 59: The government will have real-time access to an individual’s bank account and will have the authority to make electronic fund transfers from those accounts. Page 65/section 164: The plan will be subsidized (by the government) for all union members, union retirees and for community organizations (such as the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now – ACORN) Page 203/line 14-15: The tax imposed under this section will not be treated as a tax. (How could anybody in their right mind come up with that?) Page 241 and 253: Doctors will all be paid the same regardless of specialty, and the government will set all doctors’ fees. This is what they do in Sweden too. I know because Alf’s daughter Ann is an OBGYN, and her husband, Thorsten, is a surgeon……… Page 272. section 1145: Cancer hospital will ration care according to the patient’s age. Page 317 and 321: The government will impose a prohibition on hospital expansion; however, communities may petition for an exception. Page 425, line 4-12: The government mandates advance-care planning consultations. Those on Social Security will be required to attend an “end-of-life planning” seminar every five years. (Death counseling..) Page 429, line 13-25: The government will specify which doctors can write an end-of-life order.HAD ENOUGH???? “Finally, it is specifically stated that this bill will not apply to members of Congress. No wonder they did not see the need to read it….doesn’t apply to them!!! THE AMERICAN PEOPLE MUST STAND UP TO WASHINGTON ….. AS it’s obvious to most those in DC don’t Stand UP for US Winds Of Change — We’re asking each to inform and to send to a minimum of twenty people; in turn ask each of those to do likewise. At least 20 if you can. It has to stop somewhere. In three days, most people in The United States of America will have this message. This is one idea that must be passed around. Part 2 Fair Tax Removes IRS & Obama Care You Minus 22% embedded taxes in all products then add 23% Consumption tax when sold, so if you had an item that was at $100 – 22% = $78 x 23% = 95.98 x a State Sales Tax of say 10% = 105.58 which would previously have been $110, you save $4.42 for every $100 spent total over say one yr. if you spend say $10,000 would by $442, not to mention you’re no longer paying taxes out of your earned income and part of the 23% goes to paying into your Social Security which also needs to be put in a Lock Box for Social Security OnlyAmend Constitution for 5% Purchase Tax Plan to Generate RevenueThe 5% Purchase Tax Plan replaces the 16th Amendment in accordance with Article V and will be valid to all intents and proposes. The Initiative does affect Article 1 Section 9 Clauses 1 & 4.The Gross Domestic Product of 2014 was $ 17,710,000,000,000.Federal Budget for 2014 asked for $6,300,000,000,000.State Budgets for 2014 totaled $1,943,170,000,000.Leaving $8,859,330,000,000.CPS Employment til May of 2015 was 148,795,000.Labor Produced $124,485 for 2013.The Federal and State budgets left $60,082 of labors production.There’s isn’t to be a tax on the cost of Labor with the new Fair Tax Plan.Taxable Purchases as defined in the New Amendment to Constitution would consist of any and all purchases by all forms of currency, equities, digital instruments (notes of value, printing of lawful monies) notes of credit or debt. Any verbal or written contracts to pay for any source of credit or debt.The Economy must generate $164,863,400,000,000, to meet the Federal and State Budgets. This is where the Fair & Equitable Tax plan levels the tax paying field for all.Truth of the matter is the Money flows through our economy each fiscal year is in the 100’s if not the 1,000’s of trillions of dollars.Research has shown the money currency trading on a daily basis is 4.2 Trillion Dollars. One trader has stated perhaps 89% of that amount is done in the U.S. If that’s true and taking a lesser number say 50% with a 5% purchase tax plan this should yield 50 Trillion in Tax Revenue, the National Debt & some Unfunded Mandates could be paid off in One Year. The percentage can be lowered so as not to discourage trading and even at 2.5% generates 25 Trillion, so in less than say 5 yrs. the National Debt and Unfunded Mandates are paid off. We’d then take the 6th Year and pay off all states debts, then continue the sharing with States to enable all States to lower taxes and thereby improving the overall American Economy, Credit Rating etc. and remember we’d no longer be using Billions of Dollars to pay on the interest on any Debt State or Federal.Part 3Perfect Educational Storm Is Coming State Control of Education must be Restored, the Federal Department of Ed and other Federal Departments as well must be Closed for the States to regain their Sovereignty & Protect Our Children:ESEA / Elementary Secondary Education Act & HR 5 w/ S 1177 passed by GOP in DC, along with the added Obama Massive Racial Data Base Collection calling it “ Comprehensive “ will force all States who accept any Federal Education Monies to comply and give up data or lose all federal monies.4 Federal Departments Remain Open as they’re in compliance with US Constitution: *US Department of State* est. 1789*US Department of Treasury* est. 1789 *US Department of Defense* 1947*US Department of Justice* est. 1870 Close 9 & Merge 2: They don’t Comply with US Constitution*US Department of Interior* est. 1849 Needs to Close, as Fed not suppose to own land or control water, game etc. *US Department of Agriculture* est. 1862: Needs to Close*US Department of Labor* est. 1913: Needs to Close *US Department of Commerce* est. 1913: Needs to Close *US Department of Health, Education & Welfare* est. 1953: Needs to Close *US Department of Education by Pres. Carter est.* 1979 Needs to Close and return the operation of our schools back to the states *US Department of Health and Human Services* est.* 1979: Needs to Close*US Department of Housing & Urban Development* est. 1965: Needs to Close*US Department of Transportation* est. 1966: Needs to Close *US Department of Energy* est. 1977 Needs to Close*US Department of Veterans Affairs* 1989 Needs to be merged with the Department of Defense\*US Department of Homeland Security* est. 2002: Needs to be merged with the Department of Defense.In Closing: Election Cycles are Critical for the Nation as to whether we sink deeper into a Socialistic Nation or Restore Ourselves to a True Republic form of Government.
