Our elected representatives must Repeal Obamacare and eliminate individual mandates moving forward. No one will be required to buy insurance unless he or she decides to do so. Remove all Federal Jurisdiction from what should be a Free Enterprise Health System and regulated at State Level.

It’s been proven in Europe, Canada and now the US, that socialized medicine does not work. Many of the residents in both Europe and Canada come here for care, as they can’t wait while their condition worsens for appropriate health care.

Our government involvement is UNCONSTITUTIONAL. This must be repealed one way is by abolishing the 16th Amendment, which the Supreme Court uses to allow it as a Tax with other hidden laws within the Tax Codes that Violate Our Constitutional Rights.

Since the Supreme Court ruled against US, States must have a Reform Health Insurance Plan ready; Modify existing law that inhibits the sale of health insurance across state lines. As long as the plan purchased complies with state requirements, any vendor should be able to offer insurance in any state. By allowing full competition in this market, insurance costs will go down as consumer satisfaction goes up. States should allow open bidding from several insurance companies with no pre-existing conditions limitations on them and allow those insured to pick the type of coverage each individual family / single person needs to control cost. If insured by a company and laid off then the insurance stays with the insured as Home or Auto Insurance, the citizens / voters in states must petition legislators in their respective states for these changes, giving them the control needed to keep the Americas’ Healthcare system both affordable and best in the World. The Federal Government has no Constitutional Authority to be in the insurance business according to the 10 Amendment, no plan at a Federal level is acceptable, as we must all remember as well States are Sovereign and this to must be Honored.

One of the most important, if not the most important thing, is stopping the frivolous lawsuits which add to the cost of care. The high cost of malpractice insurance, by frivolous lawsuits, must be changed. We must have court reform if we are ever going to fix this problem and reduce number of lawyers lobbying for more laws that favor such lawsuits. Texas is leading the way in court reform.  Allow individuals to fully deduct health insurance premium payments from their tax returns under the current tax system.  Businesses are allowed to take these deductions so why wouldn’t Congress and States allow individuals the same exemptions?

States may allow for different types of plans, such as health savings plans (hsas) and must be tax-free while also allowing them to accumulate over time, which are similar to 401 k plans and enable the customer to shop and get the best price and service. These funds can be used by any member of a family without penalty. For those yet to be born; “Here’s one solution: When a child is born, give the child a birth certificate, an electronic medical record, and a Health Savings Account plus a Roth for Retirement to which money can be contributed to from the time you’re born ’til the time you die. When you die, you can pass it on to your family members, and there’s nobody talking about death panels or the death tax as well.

Block-grant Medicaid to the States, allowing them to administer the programs as they know their citizens far better than the Federal Gov…contributions for people who are indigent. Remove the roadblocks allowing the free market to work in the purchasing of drugs by removing the artificial barriers that presently exist to enable both safe and reliable less expensive drugs to those in need, as Congress must remove the associations with lobbyists who protect the Pharmaceutical Industry and do what they’re elected to do and Serve the American People. This process will also allow opening the market place to imported, tested safe drugs as well.

In Closing I believe Election Cycles are Critical for Our Nation & States as to whether we sink deeper into a Socialistic Nation or Restore Ourselves to a True Republic form of Government. The choice is clear, never support those voting against or compromising the US Constitution and Our Freedoms, I believe that’s actually what most of you are hoping for and the Elite Power Brokers are afraid of: (Time to Drain All Political Swamps)….
